Pizzería/restaurant italiano busca persona para contestar llamadas y tomar pedidos para pickup o delivery. Se requiere leer y escribir en inglés porque el trabajo implica atender a los clientes por teléfono. Responsabilidades principales:
– Contestar el teléfono de manera cordial y profesional.
– Tomar pedidos con precisión para pickup y delivery usando POS en tablet.
– Confirmar direcciones y tiempos de entrega cuando aplique.
– Mantener el área de trabajo ordenada y presentable; ser puntual y confiable.
– Coordinar con cocina y repartidores según sea necesario.
Horario: full time o part time; preferencia por lunes a viernes en horario diurno. Fácil acceso a pie, en auto, bus o LIRR; estacionamiento gratuito en el centro comercial. Compensación: TBD.
